Orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

We post Mondays and Thursdays as we are a fledgling small business.

Orders made between Thursdays 12pm and Mondays 12pm AEST (no daylight savings) (UTC +10) will be shipped Mondays.

Orders made between Mondays 12pm and Thursdays 12pm AEST (no daylight savings) (UTC +10) will be shipped Thursdays.

AUSTRALIA

All orders within Australia are sent EXPRESS via Australia Post and come with tracking.

The cost is a flat rate of AU$15.00 It is the same cost for 1 up to 10 tshirts

Express post aims to deliver on the next business day to metropolitan postcodes.

Currently, Australia post is experiencing some challenges with normal delivery, please see here for more details.

You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the Aus post tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process.

NEW ZEALAND

We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post Airmail and come with tracking.

The cost is a flat rate of AU$15.00 It is the same cost for 1 up to 10 tshirts

Delivery times are between  3 - 10 business days depending on delivery location. 

Orders over AU $500.00 may attract customs duties/gst when they arrive in NZ

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?

Orders shipping to New Zealand might incur duties and taxes. Please consult with New Zealand customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment to New Zealand.

INTERNATIONAL

Currently we are only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

But this will change ASAP. Check back very soon and please email us on info@downbynaturebjj.com with your interest.

We are currently deciding on the best means to post Internationally and hope to have this ready for orders by mid February 2022

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Down by Nature goods.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery. We will send you an approval number (RA#) and details on how to send your item. See directions below.

NOTE: You, as the customer, are responsible for the return postage costs. So please choose wisely.

1.  Email us at info@downbynaturebjj.com with the subject “RETURN”. Please quote your invoice number and reason for return.

2. Wait for an email approval from us. Email will provide an RA# and a returns form to print out.

3. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and any attachments and documentation. All items must not be worn, washed or used in any way or return will not be approved (see below).

4. Fill in the returns form and enclose in the package

5. Send back the items to the address we provide in the email.

Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on our goods if they have been worn or used for training. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and the RA#. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you require. For this reason, please fill in the returns form we email you as best as possible.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods for size and fit, but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

We adhere to all national and international laws regarding returns.

EXCHANGES

Currently we are not accepting exchanges as standard. Our business is brand new and stock is limited at least for now. But if the item does not fit or you are unhappy, we accept returns and offer full refunds. Please see the returns policy above.

If you really feel you want to make an exchange, you’re welcome to contact us directly on info@downbynaturebjj.com before you return the item and we will try to accomodate the request. If we can accomodate you we will mail the exchange for free, but you are responsible for the return postage to us.

 

PRE ORDERS & OUT OF STOCKS

  • PRE ORDERS are purchases you make before we have completed production. This ensures that we know there is enough interest in the product before it is produced. We print all our prints by traditional screen printing and thus need to reach a minimum print run.

    It allows you to get in early and ensure your size is made, plus you get a 20% discount on the price.

  • The only reason they are cheaper is to offer you an incentive for getting in early and for helping us get this design to print.

    We want to thank you for your enthusiasm and interest.

  • We can’t say when the product will be ready. Each item will vary. It will depend on the interest on each design.

    If you have placed an order, we will keep you informed on email as to when it is going to print and then when to expect delivery.

    Stay connected on social media for further announcements of stock updates and new print runs.

  • It depends on how much interest we get in a product as to if we can warrant producing it. We need to reach a minimum print run. We really want to produce all these designs so we hope there is interest.

  • You will be fully refunded your payment if we don’t produce the design.

    We won’t keep you waiting any more than 6 weeks.

  • No. We charge a flat rate for postage per order. So you will only be charged for the shipping once. We will ship the in-stock product directly and ship the PRE ORDER once it is ready.

  • COMING SOON items are different to PRE ORDERS. They are getting produced but are simply not available yet. You can’t purchase COMING SOON items ahead of time.

    If you register your interest, you will receive an email when the item is available.

  • Three of our designs are in stock and ready to buy now. They are not PRE ORDER items.

    But these designs are only in limited stock so far. If your size is OUT OF STOCK please register your interest and we will email you as soon as we have more stock.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Down by Nature reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

OTHER CONDITIONS

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Down by Nature signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship as per the details in our shipping section. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

PRIVACY

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalise your shopping experience. Secure servers with Squarespace protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Down by Nature site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Website: When you place an order or set up an account through our website, Down by Nature will collect your name, billing address, delivery address, contact details (including email and phone numbers). We will also keep details of all of your orders. We will collect information about your use of our website. We do not hold your payment card details. Card transactions take place directly and securely with our payment provider.

Customer services: If you contact us, we will ask you to provide your name, email address, and the reasons for contacting us.

RETURNS

Please email info@downbynaturebjj.com for returns information. Returns are handled on a case by case basis and follow all applicable international laws relating to online purchasing. Please see the returns section for details.

TAXES

For Australian customers, the price shown includes GST at the prevailing rate. For rest of world customers, the price you pay is the full price not including tax.

You are responsible for any and all import duties and customs charges when receiving goods overseas.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, our store shall have the right to cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, our store shall immediately issue a refund to the original payment method in the amount of the incorrect price.
